What services do you offer?
If you become a retained client Choices Investments act on your behalf sourcing below market value and high yielding exclusive investment properties. Your personal advisor will assist you in recognising and fulfilling your financial goals. We also offer national asset management for your portfolio as well as help in selling any properties you wish to dispose of on the open market.
What are the fees for you property investment service?
To become a retained client you have to make a commitment in the form of an initial membership fee of £1,800 inclusive of VAT. We also charge a buyer’s commission on a property purchase (minimum £4,500 inc VAT).
Why do you charge a fee for membership?
The primary benefit of the Retained Client service is to advise and assist investor to obtain financial security through property investment. We place tremendous value on our time, expertise and resources which we put at the disposal of our clients and know from experience that those who are not prepared to pay for the service will also not be serious about actually committing to buy property. When we deal with a developer, receiver or distressed seller we promise them motivated and efficient buyers. The fact that our buyers have paid both membership fees and buyer’s commission gives added credibility to our company.

Choices Investments has had over 20,000 paid subscribers since its inception in 1989.
How do you find below market value properties?
We advertise for distressed sellers on Google and other websites. In addition we develop contacts with receivers, asset managers, other estate agents and developers who know that we have a ready market for discounted property.
What level of discount do you achieve?
We have a constantly changing selection of below market value properties available at rental yields of 7% – 10%, at prices between 15 – 30% below current market values.
I’m looking for repossessed property.
Whilst we do not specifically deal with repossessed property, we are the UK’s leading source of nationwide discounted below market value property.
Do you sell commercial property?
Choices Investments does offer commercial opportunities for income and development.
