Our Fees*

Sometimes we will be paid by the seller and act as their agent, sometimes we will charge our clients direct for our services and sometimes it will be a combination of both. We are committed to complete transparency when it comes to our fees and every time we charge you a fee the full terms and conditions will be presented to you in writing for your approval before we proceed.

Please note: In regard to The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 the Service will not commence until the end of the cooling off period of 14 days, during which time you may cancel in writing. If the consumer specifically requests immediate service then the 14 day cooling off period will not apply.
